Minor Division Championship Game

The Minor division teams have fought hard, and have forced a game 3 winner takes all tonight!  This game will being at 6 pm, please come show your support and cheer on our kids!

Awards Party & Skills Competition Agenda

The party will be begin immediately following the game around 7 pm.  For players interested in participating in the events, please make sure you come to the registration table early to sign up!  There are plenty of prizes and bragging rights up for grabs, don't miss out!

We will need coaches and/or volunteers to help run these events and record results.  Please see us at registration time to sign up and help, thanks.

Events Registration
5:30 pm to 6:00 pm - U11 Registration
6:30 pm to 7:00 pm - 12+ Registration

Shooting Accuracy Competition
Participants will be given 6 shots to see how many goals they can score on a shooter tutor!

7:00 pm to 7:20 pm - All Ages

Breakaway Competition
Players will have a showdown with the goalies to see who is king on the breakaways!  Single shot elimination means you must score to advance each round until only one player is standing.

7:20 pm to 7:40 pm - All Ages
 
Hardest Shot Competition
Players will get three shots to measure their shot speed with a radar gun.  Bragging rights are up for grabs here in our most popular event!

7:40 pm to 8:00 pm - All Ages

Pizza & Drinks

We will have pizze and drinks available throughout the events beginning at 6 pm.  The pizza and drinks are FREE FOR PLAYERS, and parents and siblings are asked to pay a nominal fee per slice or drink of $2 per slice or drink.

Award Presentations

We will be announcing the award winners immediately following the skills competition events.  We expect this will be from 8:00 pm to 8:30 pm and will be held outside on the grass next to the parking lot (if it's still nice).  It gets a bit noisy inside with the Men's league games playing right afterwards.  If you missed it before, here are the awards per division up for grabs:

Playoff Videos and Photos

As you may have noticed, I have been filming video and taking pictures throughout the playoffs and will continue during tonight's events.  I will be creating a DVD that will contain the best highlights and photos for both age groups for parents and kids to keep as a momento for this first Youth league season.  If you are interested in receiving a copy of this DVD, please sign up for one during the event registrations tonight so I can send one to you when it is completed.  I expect this to be done by the end of July.  I will not be charging any fees for this however if you are interested in making a donation or volunteering your time in some way, I would appreciate it very much.  Thanks.
